This Privacy Policy will include an explanation of how website user ("USER") information is collected, used and kept confidential by PT BINARA GUNA MEDIKTAMA and/or and its subsidiaries ("WE") while still respecting USER's rights in using our Rumah Sakit Pondok Indah Group website (“WEBSITE”).


A. Scope of Privacy Policy

  1. By using the WEBSITE, USER is deemed to have read this Privacy Policy and agrees to the mechanism for collecting, storing and using USER Personal Data as provided in the Privacy Policy hereof.
  2. The WEBSITE and hospitals (including doctors therein) which are members of the Rumah Sakit Pondok Indah Group ("Hospital") are managed by US.
  3. This Privacy Policy stipulates the use and protection of information provided by USER when using the Services on the WEBSITE.
  4. If WE ask USER to provide information when using the WEBSITE, then that information will only be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
  5. WE reserve the right to change, delete and apply new provisions to this Privacy Policy at any time. USER is encouraged to check this page periodically for such changes. By using the WEBSITE services after these changes occur, USER shall be deemed to have known and agreed to the changes to the provisions of this Privacy Policy.


B. Use of Information

  1. WE use USER information to:
  2. Providing information to USER according to USER requests regarding OUR services on each feature on the WEBSITE.
  3. Provide information to the USER about the location and events or activities that are and/or will take place at OUR Hospital closest to the USER's location when activating the coordinates/GPS location.
  4. Use and disclose USER health information as required by WEBSITE operations. WE may use and circulate this information for the purpose of reviewing and improving the quality of the services and health services that WE provide, or the competence and qualifications of Doctors and/or professional staff on the WEBSITE.
  5. Provide information/send e-mail, SMS, WhatsApp and/or other messaging media containing periodic promotions to USER if there is an offer and/or promotion for new products, special offers, or other information that WE think is needed by USER.
  6. Inform USER regarding any changes to OUR WEBSITE, Services and products.
  7. Using USER information to contact USER and remind them regarding schedules of Doctor made via the WEBSITE.
  8. Use and disclose USER information as necessary for medical reviews, legal services, and audits, including fraud and abuse detection and adjustment programs, and business planning and management.
  9. OUR internal records or documentation stored on OUR servers, both inside and outside the territory of Indonesia.
  10. WE will use the data collected for statistical data processing whose results will be used for medical and commercial reviews. Most of this statistical data processing will not reveal Personal Data, but it is possible that there will be disclosure of Personal Data in tracing the results of the statistical processing. By using the WEBSITE, USER shall be deemed to have understood and agreed to the use of these data.
  11. WE guarantee that the data and information provided by USER is confidential and will not be disseminated. To prevent unauthorized access, WE take reasonable measures in physical, electronic security and managerial procedures to protect USER information.
  12. USER's health information will only be used in connection with WEBSITE services along with Doctor's medical reviews and WE will only collect information needed to carry out WEBSITE services.
  13. WE will save USER personal information as long as the information is related for the purposes of OUR services to USER. The confidentiality of USER's personal information is of course considered confidential and will not be shared unless required by applicable laws and regulations.
  14. By using the WEBSITE, USER shall be deemed to have agreed to allow certain third parties to use USER’s data to provide USER with information regarding goods and services that USER needs. These third parties include but are not limited to:
  15. USER'S insurance will require proof of services rendered and/or a medical report prior to payment to the WEBSITE: or if they require authorization for services or referrals.
  16. Third party service providers who have provided services to USERS or USER Doctors (for example x-ray services or laboratory test services) to obtain examination results or for the purposes of issuing bills.
  17. OUR business partners, such as billing services or those who provide administrative services for US. WE have cooperation agreements with each business partner and service provider are required to protect the confidentiality and security of information transmitted to them.


C. Personal Data

1. WE collect information that USERS provide when USERS create, send electronic mail//e-mail to US or place information or other content on the WEBSITE.

2. Information regarding Personal Data that USERS must fill in when registering an Account and/or Appointment Service and/or Health Checkup Service on the WEBSITE is as follows:

  • Identity card number (KTP, KITAS, KITAP, Passport)
  • Full name according to KTP
  • Gender
  • Date of birth
  • Email
  • Mobile number

3. By using the WEBSITE, USER guarantees that the information USER provides is accurate and correct.

4. WE have the right to verify directly with USERS the information regarding personal data that USERS have submitted via the WEBSITE.

5. If the information that the USER provides turns out to be incorrect, then WE are not responsible for any consequences that may occur in connection with the provision and use of the incorrect information. Furthermore, USERS release US from all demands, charges and legal consequences related to providing such incorrect information.

6. WE also have the right to collect information when USERS use the WEBSITE, including but not limited to: the referring WEBSITE address and USER activity on the WEBSITE and USER's browsing history. USER can activate or deactivate location recognition services when USER uses the WEBSITE.


D. Visitor Data

THE WEBSITE will collect information about usage, such as the number of visits and visitor activity. This data is collected with the aim of improving USER comfort and OUR services.


E. User Connection to Other WEBSITES and/or APPLICATIONS

  1. For USER reference purposes, on the WEBSITE there are links to other applications and websites listed by US. However, when USERS use these links, WE are not responsible for protecting the privacy and any information that USERS provide when visiting these applications. WE are also not responsible for the content of these applications, including the impacts caused by accessing these applications. USERS must carefully study and read the personal information handling policy that applies to the application, so that if in the future legal problems arise as a result of accessing these applications, it is entirely the USER's responsibility and the USER releases US from all demands, charges and consequences of existing laws.
  2. For payment transaction purposes, USER will connect to the application managed by OUR Payment Gateway. WE always make reasonable efforts to protect the information that USER provides for the purposes of such payment transactions.


F. Access and Licenses for User’s Devices

For Android and iOS devices or other devices used by USER, the WEBSITE will require permission/access permission to:


1. Internet Access & Network State

The WEBSITE requires an internet connection, so the WEBSITE will monitor the condition of the USER's internet & network to be able to provide notifications, if a lost connection occurs at any time which results in the WEBSITE not being able to run (optimally), and view the USER's browsing history.


2. Camera Access

a. The WEBSITE requires USER to include photos on several parts of the WEBSITE, USER can use the camera as a medium to take pictures.

b. Providing access to the Camera on the device functions for USER to take pictures to select the USER's profile photo, identity card photo, and QR Code scan


3. Access Photos, Gallery and Files

a. The WEBSITE requires USER to include images and/or documents in several parts of the WEBSITE, USER can look in the gallery and/or file browser to search for photos, images or related files needed.

b. The WEBSITE requires USER to be able to store data generated from the WEBSITE or third party applications that are integrated with the WEBSITE.

c. Providing access to photos, galleries and files functions for USER to select a profile photo and/or select supporting documents needed for Teleconsultation and/or registration for health services at the Hospital.

d. Providing access to photos, galleries and files on the device will also give access to "READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE" & "WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE" on the USER's device for the WEBSITE to process photos, images, documents (read & write or create files) taken from the USER's device using a temporary external storage directory (The processed file will disappear by itself).


4. Access Location

a. USER can view the permissions used by the WEBSITE and deactivate them at any time via the menu.

b. The WEBSITE requires data regarding the USER's location when the USER opens the WEBSITE in terms of Find Hospitals to display OUR hospitals around the USER.


If there is access that is not granted by the USER, then there is a possibility that the WEBSITE will not be able to operate or function optimally.


G. Personal Data Security Efforts

  1. WE will endeavor to keep the Personal Data that USER provide to US safe and cannot be used by irresponsible parties in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations.
  2. WE will store USER's personal data on OUR database servers, both at home and abroad, to provide reasonable protection based on OUR assessment from misuse or loss of USER's Personal Data.


H. Applicable Law

This Privacy Policy is regulated based on the laws of the Republic of Indonesia and USER is required to comply with all applicable regulations in Indonesia.
