Regular exercise during pregnancy can also reduce physical discomfort such as back pain, and can also help reduce anxiety during pregnancy and labour. Pregnancy exercises can be done starting from 28 weeks of pregnancy.
During the session, our instructors will also provide various education, such as the nutritional needs of pregnant women and fetuses, tips for forming strong teeth for your little one from the womb, recognising danger signs in pregnant women, secrets to having a painless labour, and lactation management.
