Yoga Class

Yoga is an activity in which a person focuses his / her mind to control the senses and the whole body. Or in a sense, regulating, controlling and concentrating to unify body, soul and mind. Yoga can improve the oxygen flow in circulation to make a healthy body.

The benefits of Yoga includes management of illness, enhancing the endocrine system, improving blood circulation to body and brain cells, relieving tension, improving memory, bringing about a good posture, sex therapy and for aesthetic purpose.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is based on a series of light and controlled body movement, which makes a flowing and graceful body language. Different from other branch of sports, this exercise from China put forward smoothness; the movement resembles water, flexible and soft like cotton. People thought of Tai Chi as a beautiful slow dance, but Tai Chi yields a hidden energy, strong enough to improve quality of life and body’s immunity to illness.

As a commitment to public health and especially patients, RS Pondok Indah Puri Indah holds a Tai Chi Class at the side of RS Pondok Indah Puri Indah.
