Kelas Persiapan Menyusui RS Pondok Indah - Pondok Indah

Air Susu Ibu (ASI) merupakan satu-satunya makanan yang dibutuhkan bayi pada bulan pertama kehidupan hingga usia enam bulan. Komposisi ASI paling sempurna, baik secara kualitas maupun kuantitas, dan memiliki berbagai keunggulan yang dapat mengoptimalkan tumbuh kembang bayi. Dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif, maka bayi akan mendapatkan kualitas hidup yang baik melalui asupan yang tak tergantikan.

Edukasi laktasi sangat dibutuhkan untuk membantu calon Ibu dalam memberikan ASI kepada buah hati, terutama untuk:

  • Mengetahui manfaat ASI bagi bayi
  • Mempersiapkan kondisi psikis Ibu untuk dapat menyusui
  • Mengetahui cara perawatan payudara sebelum melahirkan
  • Konsultasi nutrisi ibu hamil

Pregnancy Exercise Class RS Pondok Indah Group

It is important to stay active during pregnancy. One relatively safe sport for pregnant women is pregnancy exercise. With a fit and healthy body, pregnant women will still be able to do their daily routine and also reduce anxiety during pregnancy and delivery. Pregnancy exercise that is done regularly can strengthen the muscles of the uterus which can help ease the delivery process.

Baby’s arrival should be prepared well, therefore our Pregnancy Exercise Class provides education to mothers about preparations and things they should be aware of during and post pregnancy in every session. These materials will be given by experts such as doctors, psychologists, and midwives. Education Materials  given include: Pregnancy Diet and Nutrition, Forming Baby’s Healthy Teeth Since Pregnancy, Danger Signs in Pregnancy, Secrets to Having Painless Labor and Lactation Management.

Prenatal Yoga: Healthy & Happy Pregnancy RS Pondok Indah - Pondok Indah

Pada masa kehamilan, ada kalanya ibu merasakan beberapa ketidaknyamanan pada tubuhnya disertai stres karena berbagai kekhawatiran dalam pikiran. Hal tersebut dapat diatasi dengan adanya penggabungan dari latihan gerakan dan pernapasan melalui Prenatal Yoga. Prenatal Yoga dapat membantu mengurangi ketidaknyamanan fisik selama kehamilan, membantu ibu hamil lebih fokus dan rileks, membantu mempersiapkan tubuh menjelang proses kelahiran, dan menciptakan bonding antara ibu dan bayi.

RS Pondok Indah Pondok Indah mengadakan kegiatan Prenatal Yoga bagi para pasiennya dengan didampingi oleh yoga teacher dari Nujuh Bulan Studio.

Yoga Class

Yoga is an activity in which a person focuses his / her mind to control the senses and the whole body. Or in a sense, regulating, controlling and concentrating to unify body, soul and mind. Yoga can improve the oxygen flow in circulation to make a healthy body.

The benefits of Yoga includes management of illness, enhancing the endocrine system, improving blood circulation to body and brain cells, relieving tension, improving memory, bringing about a good posture, sex therapy and for aesthetic purpose.

As a commitment to public health and especially patients, RS Pondok Indah Puri Indah holds a Yoga Class at Kenanga Room, 5th floor of RS Pondok Indah Puri Indah.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is based on a series of light and controlled body movement, which makes a flowing and graceful body language. Different from other branch of sports, this exercise from China put forward smoothness; the movement resembles water, flexible and soft like cotton. People thought of Tai Chi as a beautiful slow dance, but Tai Chi yields a hidden energy, strong enough to improve quality of life and body’s immunity to illness.

As a commitment to public health and especially patients, RS Pondok Indah Puri Indah holds a Tai Chi Class at the side of RS Pondok Indah Puri Indah.
