Almost 80% of the population has at least one episode of low back pain. Nowadays, there is a growing concern that low back pain treatment, especially those chronic cases, is an open surgery leaving large scar, heavy bleeding, and weeks of recovery.
In fact, management of low back pain does not necessarily have to be a surgery. Some of the options are anti-inflammatory and pain killer medication or physiotherapy, also physical treatment such as muscle manipulation and massage. For milder cases, patients can do exercises like swimming, yoga and pilates, wearing a right corset, or living a healthy life.
