RSPI – PURI INDAH ACHIEVED JOINT COMMISSION INTERNATIONAL (JCI) ACCREDITATIONS

RS Pondok Indah – Puri Indah achieved Joint Commission International (JCI) Accreditation, that is international accreditation standards for quality and services in hospitals. The JCI Standards were used as a base for accreditation and certification programs in many healthcare facilities and admissions all around the countries, and evaluated by JCI Regional Advisory Board in Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East and other experts in healthcare fields. This standard is applied in public institutions, health departments, and others as a method of assessment and improvement in patient’s safety and service quality.

JCI team began the accreditation process on 12-15 March 2013. In the assessment, JCI has standards and accreditation programs to measure quality of service through Joint Commission International Library of Measures; human resources, outpatients and inpatients program, primary care services, administrations and communications, medical equipments, supporting facilities such as laboratory, medical transport, and the care continuum of homecare, assisted live, long term care. “Accreditations showed the real commitment of RSPI – Puri Indah to evaluate our quality of service, to improve patient safety and quality care, also ensure the safe environment for patients and staff of RSPI – Puri Indah,” said Dr. Yanwar Hadiyanto, CEO of RS Pondok Indah Group.

This achievement is an effort to continually enhance the healthcare quality according to international consensus standards, International Patient Safety Goals, supported by data measurement in addition to hospital standards application. “JCI pushed our spirit for continuous quality improvement. We made efforts to always listen to patients and their families, to respect patients’ rights, and to empower them as partners in the care process,” said Dr. Mus Aida, MARS as CEO RSPI – Puri Indah.

Hospital Accreditation from Health Ministry of Republik Indonesia for 16 Service Departments

RS Pondok Indah – Jakarta Selatan achieved a Full Completed Hospital Accreditation from Health Ministry of Republik Indonesia for 16 Service Departments in 2005 and 2009.

ISO 9001 – 2008 Quality Management System

RS Pondok Indah – Jakarta Selatan achieved ISO certification 9001:2000 and ISO 9001:2008 in 2010. Previously, Executive Health Check Up Unit achieved accreditation and certification ISO 9001:2000, whereas in 2005 and 2008, the whole hospital departments achieved the same accreditation. This achievement surely motivated every component to always bring out the best quality service to patients / customers.
 

RS Pondok Indah – Jakarta Selatan achieved the Piagam Penghargaan Walikota Jakarta Selatan, First Winner of Penilaian Pengelolaan Lingkungan in 2004 and Piagam Penghargaan Gubernur DKI Jakarta as Pembina Lingkungan Terbaik II to conserve the environment in 2004.

In addition, RS Pondok Indah – Jakarta Selatan achieved Piagam Penghargaan Gubernur DKI for Pembangunan dan Pemeliharaan Taman / Paru-Paru Kota in 2002.

Liquid Waste Disposal

RS Pondok Indah – Jakarta Selatan has the permit for Liquid Waste Disposal in 2005 and achieved the Piagam Penghargaan Gubernur DKI dalam Ketaatan Pembuangan Limbah Cair from 1999,  2000, 2001. 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005.

Since 2006, Radiology Department has used the Diagnostic Radiology service system, from Conventional Radiology to Computed Radiology. This ensures that no more processed waste is produced, since Conventional Processing Film is substituted with Laser Printing Film.

Hospital is a No-Smoking Area

In accordance to Peraturan Pemerintah that a hospital is a no-smoking area, RS Pondok Indah – Jakarta Selatan prohibits staffs and visitors from smoking in the hospital premises.

Persi Awards

The PERSI Awards 2006 for Hospital Innovaton – Patient Safety & Risk Management has been awarded to RS Pondok Indah – Jakarta Selatan as a recognition of patient safety precautions and risk minimalizations. 

Rumah Sakit Sayang Bayi

Gubernur DKI Jakarta has awarded RS Pondok Indah – Jakarta Selatan the First Winner (1995), Second Winner (1993) and Third Winner (1994, 1992) in Lomba Rumah Sakit Sayang Bayi DKI Jakarta in commemoration of Mother’s Day.

Patuh Pembayaran Pajak

Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Madya Jakarta has awarded the Board of Directors / Management and staff of PT. BINARA GUNA MEDIKTAMA for contribution of the country development by abiding excellent tax payment in 2009.

Tertib Administrasi Program Jaminan Sosial Tenaga Kerja

In 1999 PT. Jaminan Sosial Tenaga Kerja (PERSERO) Kantor Cabang Cilandak has awarded RS Pondok Indah – Jakarta Selatan for running good Administration and Payment, participation and cooperation to the release of Balance Statement of Jaminan Hari Tua in 1998.

Liquid waste management is one of our Green Hospital programs, where the waste is recycled to be used for plant watering.

Our commitment to be the first Paperless Hospital in Indonesia which is supported by E-Medical Record and E-Prescription.

RS Puri Indah achieved the certification Akreditasi Rumah Sakit dari Kementerian Kesehatan RI.
