Lippo Insurance awarded RS Pondok Indah – Pondok Indah as a Platinum Provider 2012 in a Provider Gathering event on 10 July 2012, in Hotel Aryaduta, Jakarta. On that event, Lippo Insurance invited all hospital partners.
The Platinum Award was given as a token of appreciation from Lippo Insurance to hospital partners that has fully supported Lippo Insurance customers with quality service. This service was from guaranteed coverage to billing and customer satisfaction to quality of hospital services. This award was given to five hospitals out of 400 Lippo Insurance providers in greater Jakarta area.
In addition, this gathering also offered discussions on health insurance market share, health insurance cooperation and a presentation by Dr. Pujiyanto of Public Health Faculty of University of Indonesia titled Optimalisation of Hospital Care and Insurance Customer Satisfaction. At the end of the event, Lippo Insurance hoped that this collaboraton with chosen hospital providers would be continued and upgraded in the future.
