In 1986, PT. BINARA GUNA MEDIKTAMA built its first hospital RS Pondok Indah Pondok Indah in Jakarta Selatan, to suit the need of a private hospital with first-class healthcare services.
RS Pondok Indah Pondok Indah is the first modern private hospital which is officially opened for public on December 1st, 1986 by Health Minister of Indonesia, Dr. Suwardjono Surjaningrat, SpOG.
Increasing BOR and outpatient number of visits have proven the trust of the community and expatriates with RS Pondok Indah Pondok Indah. This called for an expansion of building and services of RS Pondok Indah Pondok Indah in 1996. And in 2008 PT. BINARA GUNA MEDIKTAMA built its second hospital in Puri Indah, Kembangan, Jakarta Barat.
RS Pondok Indah Puri Indah is officially opened for public on May 12th, 2008 by Coordinating Minister of People’s Welfare, Ir. Aburizal Bakrie and Governor of DKI, Dipl. Ing. Fauzi Bowo. RS Pondok Indah Puri Indah is the first hospital in Indonesia that applied E-Medical Record and Paperless Hospital.
