THE BEST OF SERVICE TO CARE CHAMPION, INDONESIA SERVICE TO CARE AWARD 2012

RS Pondok Indah Pondok Indah achieved The Best of Service to Care Champion for hospital category onIndonesia Service to Care Award 2012.

Indonesia Service to Care Award 2012 is an award given by Marketeers Magazine for its Service to Care Index, together with MarkPlus Insight research institute that conducting Quality of Service assessment on seven industry in Indonesia, included caring-based hospital.

Index that had been used on this Awards are credibility for a reliable quality service; dependability aspect which is a solution-based and caregiver-based service; courtesy aspect which is a warm and sincere service; comfortability aspect which is a comfort feeling by the customer, patient, and family; and also connectivity aspect which is a strong and personal relationship built by the hospital in order to recognize the customer needs. RS Pondok Indah Pondok Indah is managed to achieve the highest overall index score for hospital category.

PATUH PEMBAYARAN PAJAK

Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Madya Jakarta has awarded the Board of Directors / Management and staff of PT. BINARA GUNA MEDIKTAMA for contribution of the country development by abiding excellent tax payment in 2009.

HOSPITAL IS A NO-SMOKING AREA

In accordance to Peraturan Pemerintah that a hospital is a no-smoking area, RS Pondok Indah – Jakarta Selatan prohibits staffs and visitors from smoking in the hospital premises.

For this, Gubernur DKI Jakarta has awarded Predikat Sangat Baik in Penerapan Kawasan Dilarang Merokok in 2007.
